Youth Without Limits commitment is to the youth and their families of Monterey County, California, and our country, to help redirect the negative behavior of our youth in a positive leadership-engendering manner before it’s too late for them and us, utilizing pro-active character-building techniques, combined with a structured, respectful environment, adding value, meaning, and accountability to the lives of those who participate.

As a native of Salinas, I have seen firsthand the destruction Gangs, Drugs and bad Influences have created in our families and communities. My heart goes out to the next generation of youth and the communities they live in.
We have created a program that is designed to empower, encourage, to bring credibility that includes Respect, Accountability, Honor, Courage, Dignity, and Educational Achievement. This 24-week adventure applies the basics of Life Skills, Goal Setting, Anger Management, and Accountability Training that sets the pathway to a successful future.
We can't always build the future for our youth but we can build our youth for the future(FDR). This journey for me has been a 35-year process and In January of 2010, we took a chance starting Youth Without Limits, we ALL took a chance, to believe, trust, hope and imagine a life of peace for our youth and their families.
Here’s to many more years of life, laughter, joy, and love with Youth Without Limits and those who journey with us. My heart for the youth, their families, and our communities has helped me to see many, youth change their lives in a positive way, though not every youth has been successful we have seen 70% of our youth lead better lives in their homes and our communities.
